SITUATION AND MISSION:
Command has received highly disturbing intelligence regarding an urgent matter. JSOC analysts have been piecing together HUMINT over the last few days, with the assistance of an undercover ClA asset posing as a Skell Tech maintenance worker. As of 15 minutes ago, we now have an actionable package. An enemy detachment has seized control of the Toxic Storage Depot containing waste from mining operations in Mount Hodgson. Reaper 2 has confirmed they are currently loading barrels of heavy metal concentrate for an imminent attack on Liberty City. Their plan is to contaminate the water supply of the Auroa parliament, targeting high-ranking diplomats, followed by a bombing of Liberty Port with the aim of making everything look like accidents. Our mission is to thwart their plans at all costs and neutralize their explosives cache. Before reaching the depot, we must eliminate the enemy Quick Reaction Force (QRF) stationed nearby. Our final objective will be the Engine R&D Center, which serves as the enemy's Tactical Operations Center (TOC) in Wild Coast. We must secure it and breach their OPSEC to gather further intelligence on their operations.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
QRF "HAZARD" will deploy from HQ at 2045 hours, HALO to LZ and proceed to patrol on foot to all designated objectives. A demolition expert will be part of the team. Upon completion of all objectives, we will establish a Forward Operating Base (FOB) at the Engine R&D Center and set up an observation post for ongoing surveillance. (edited)
